Our banquets are for minimum 25 or more guests, and private rooms are available for 40+ guests. There are certain hours that Duffer's will close the dining room or the game room so that you may have a private celebration. Please inquire for further information.

Entrees
Choice of two of our hot or cold entrees and two of our hot or cold sides for $14.99 per person. Seafood Entress $3.00 more per person per entree. Add and extra entree for $3.00 or extra side for $2.50 per person. 25 person minimum.
Rolls and cheese provided for sandwich items.
BEEF
Hot Roast Beef - Thinly sliced house roasted beef, served with au jus and horseradish sauce.
Corned Beef Brisket - House cooked corned beef brisket.
Pastrami - Thinly sliced pastrami served hot.
BBQ beef brisket - Slow roasted hand pulled beef brisket.
Meatballs - Italian Style meatballs served with marinara sauce.
Salisbury Steak - Chopped sirloin steak finished with mushroom demi glace.
PORK
Hot Roasted Pork - Slow roasted pulled pork served with au jus and horseradish sauce.
Southern chopped pork BBQ - Slow roasted pork chopped and served in a vinegar based southern style bbq sauce.
Italian Sausage and Peppers - Choice of Hot or Mild Italian sausage with peppers, and onions, marinara optional.
CHICKEN
Parmesan - Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara and provolone.
Picatta - Pan seared with fresh mushrooms, topped with lemon caper butter.
Marsala - Pan seared and topped with a mushroom marsala sauce.
Cacciatore - Chicken breast stewed with peppers and onions in a burgundy marinara sauce.

Stuffed Flounder - Mini Flounder Fillets stuffed with crab imperial.
Baked Salmon - Atlantic salmon fillet drizzled with lemon herb butter.
